For years, my cycling life revolved around a pain cave in Leicester, riding virtual roads on Zwift and chasing fitness indoors.
But this year, everything changed.
Between business trips to Japan and Brussels, packing up a house, and one of the most stressful periods I’ve experienced in years, my wife and I made a huge decision: leave Leicester behind and move to Cornwall.
